The son of American conservative TV host Tucker Carlson Buckley may join the work of the press service of US Vice President JD Vance. This is reported by ABC News television channel, citing sources.

"The younger Carlson will become deputy press Secretary Vance," - stated in the publication.

It is noted that the 28-year-old Buckley Carlson had since 2019 worked as a staff assistant in the team of the then member of the House of Representatives, and since this year the senator from the state of Indiana Republican Jim Banks. In 2021, he was named communications director.

After his inauguration on January 20, the US president signed several dozen documents at the White House in about 47 minutes. In particular, Trump's decrees concern the withdrawal of the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the declaration of a state of emergency on the border with Mexico. Along with that, he rescinded about 80 executive orders from the administration of former White House chief of staff Joe Biden.

Trump took the oath of office in the Capitol rotunda, becoming the 47th president of the United States. Along with him, Vice President Jay Dee Vance was sworn in. This is Trump's second term as president, the first time he was the American leader from 2017-2021. In the inaugural speech, the new US President announced the beginning of the "golden age of America".
