Two people were killed in a shooting at Martins's supermarket in the American city of Elkhart, Indiana, USA. This was reported by Fox News television channel on January 27.
"According to authorities, the shooter who opened fire in a supermarket in Elkhart, Indiana, on Monday night died, killing two people and wounding two police officers," the publication said.

According to police, an eyewitness reported that a car pulled up to the entrance of an open nightclub and an unknown man opened fire into the crowd with a rifle. After firing several bullets, the offender got into the vehicle and fled the scene. Law enforcers later caught up with the car and detained the three men who were in it. Preliminarily, the reason for the shooting was a conflict in a bar.
