The State Duma told about a way to take away the entire amount of pension savings one time

In 2025, one can take away the entire amount of pension savings, if it is less than Br412 thousand. This was announced by State Duma deputy Sergei Gavrilov on January 28.

"If the amount of savings is less than 412 thousand rubles, all of it can be received one-time. To do this, you need to submit an application. If the amount of savings exceeds 412 thousand rubles, monthly payments are assigned," he told "RIA Novosti".

Gavrilov specified that the amount of these payments will be calculated individually, based on the amount of savings and the established period of payments. According to him, this year the expected period of payment of funded pension is 270 months, or 22.5 years.

In addition, he noted that the prevention of errors or refusals to accrue should be found out prematurely through "Gosuservices" or in the Social Fund, where the savings are stored. Thus, if the savings are in a non-state pension fund (NPF), it is important to make sure that the fund has a valid license, which can be checked on the website of the Central Bank of Russia.

In addition, Gavrilov continued, it is worth clarifying the correctness of the accounting of employment history, as errors often arise due to employers' incorrect accounting of insurance premiums or missing data on length of service.

"In case of detection of such errors should apply to the branch of the Social Fund with an application for revision of pension payments, attaching documents confirming periods of work: archival certificates, copies of employment contracts or other official data", - said the Deputy.

Earlier, January 25, State Duma deputy Nikita Chaplin from "United Russia" said that theaverage size of the old-age insurance pension would amount to about Br25 thousand from February. According to him, the average old-age insurance pension has increased by 7.3% since January 1. At the moment it amounts to Br24,059. After recalculation, this amount will increase by another 2.2%, that is, the payment will amount to about Br25 thousand, said the deputy.

Prior to that, January 23, an expert of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Tatiana Podolskaya, said that if unfreeze the funded pension by transferring it to the long-term savings program (LSP), it will be possible to start receiving funds 15 years after the conclusion of the contract or after reaching 55 years for women and 60 years for men. She explained that pension funds can be transferred in different ways: through the websites of pension funds, in branches of commercial banks, through online applications of banks, as well as through "Gosusgoservices".
