The sound of an explosion was heard in Kharkiv in Ukraine amid an air alert. This was reported on January 27 by the Ukrainian TV channel "Public".
"An explosion was heard in Kharkiv," - stated in the message of the TV channel.
As follows from the data of the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the air alert was announced in Kiev, Cherkasy, Kirovograd, Mykolayiv, Chernigov, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and Sumy regions.
The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information about the explosion.
Earlier, on January 26, it was reported that in Zhytomyr region recorded a number of explosions against the background of the air alert. According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the air alert was announced in Zhytomyr and Khmelnitsky regions.
