According to journalists, the first to help the builders came to the aid of local residents, soon after that the fire brigades arrived. Preliminary, the cause of the fire was a welding machine.

Earlier, on January 21, a large-scale fire occurred in a hotel in the Turkish resort of Bolu. As a result, 79 people died, another 51 suffered. It was specified that in the ignited building were almost 240 guests. After that, the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for a day declared mourning in the country.
