The second Point of the Future center in Russia will open in Yakutia in 2026.
The Point of the Future Educational Center in Yakutsk Harvest will begin accepting students in 2026. This was stated by Albert Avdolyan, founder of the Novy Dom Charitable Foundation, who visited the construction site of the facility together with Aisen Nikolaev, head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and Sergey Chemezov, CEO of Rostec.
"Transparent quality control of work is the key to the successful completion of construction and the creation of a modern, safe and functional educational space. We are doing everything possible to ensure that the project is implemented at the highest level. We expect that the "Point of the Future" in Zhatai will receive its first students as early as 2026," he said.
The Point of the Future project in Yakutia includes seven school buildings with a total area of almost 33,000 square meters, a kindergarten with 200 seats, a sports block with a swimming pool, gym and gym. The complex also includes an apartment building consisting of two sections and a transport terminal with parking. The training at the "Point of the Future" will be free of charge. This is the second such project in Russia, the first one has already been implemented in the Irkutsk region.
At the moment, monolithic work has already been completed on the construction of the frames of all school buildings, an apartment building and a transport terminal. In addition, a permanent boiler room has been installed, and a fire reserve tank has been installed. Engineering communications are currently being installed in closed buildings, and rough finishing is underway. In open buildings, specialists install the facade subsystem and insulation.
"I witnessed the start of construction when the first pile was driven in this place. Two and a half years later, I can say that the project itself and the results achieved are a reason for pride. Each stage brings us closer to launching another unique educational center and creating a happy future for our children. What kind of Russia will be depends on the conditions that are being created now for their development," Sergey Chemezov emphasized.
