Russian attack aircraft assessed the actions of the AFU in Velyka Novoselka
The Ukrainian military is not distinguished by high morale, which was evident during the assault on Velyka Novoselka. Such a statement was made by a storm trooper with the call sign Talysh.
"Our column came in under fire, it's like always - does not let the enemy come in. They shelled from everything they can - large-caliber artillery, mortars, kamikazes. They have a lot of the latter. "Baba Yaga", who likes to drop anti-tank mines on us. Well, nothing, we broke through, thank God, we rushed, carefully, quickly, accurately and began to work. Clean up", - said the military man.
He emphasized that the enemy was preparing for an assault, but could not defend Velikaya Novoselka. In particular, trenches and observation points were located in front of the entrance to the village, and very good fortifications were built.
According to Talysh, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) was preparing for the Russian assault, but was unable to resist the Russian army.
The attacker said that the offensive was successful because of coherence, as commanders taught their subordinates well. Talysh thanked the command staff. He also noted that he could not call Ukrainians spirited.
"About spiritedness I would not say. They if they see a Russian attack aircraft coming, they run away. They are afraid of a gun battle. They have experience, but they are weak in spirit," Talysh emphasized.
He also noted that Ukrainian soldiers during the retreat try to take everything clean, and what they can not carry away - they throw.
It was reported the day before that the Russian Armed Forces liberated the village of Velyka Novoselka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR). On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the military grouping of troops "Vostok" had destroyed AFU strongholds in Velyka Novoselka.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
