Turkish TV presenter died with his family in a fire at a ski resort


Turkish TV presenter Nedim Turkmen died in a fire at the Grand Kartal Hotel in the ski resort of Kartalkaya in Bolu, Turkey. This was reported by Bloomberg HT TV channel.
It is noted that the wife of the TV presenter and two children of the couple - 18-year-old daughter and 22-year-old son - were also killed.

A massive fire at a resort in Bolu occurred on the night of January 21. According to the latest reports, 78 people died in it. The fire started in a wooden hotel located at an altitude of 2,200 meters. It was specified that there were almost 240 guests in the building. January 26, the owner of the Grand Kartal Hotel Halit Ergul called the hotel staff guilty of the fire.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared January 22 a day of mourning in the country after the fire, adds "Gazeta.Ru".
