The Governor of Kamchatka demanded that the head of landscaping of the regional center be removed from his post

Governor of the Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Solodov demanded to remove the head of landscaping of the regional center responsible for the improvement of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky from his post. This is reported on January 27 on the website of the regional government.

It is specified that Solodov checked the condition of parks, squares, as well as objects of improvement of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, after which he demanded from the mayor of the regional capital Evgeny Belyaev to dismiss the head, who is responsible for the work of the department of improvement of the administration.

"We specially without preparation and warning drove through the problematic points in the city - the ones that residents talk about. We see that the city is unkept and dirty. Big problems with the cleaning of sidewalks, with the maintenance of new objects of improvement. In the square of Builders good lanterns are installed, but they do not burn. And some have already been removed. The city is terribly maintained. It is necessary to change the system, and without serious measures it will not work," commented the governor.

Solodov suggested that, in addition to sending the deputy who oversees the improvement of the city to resign, to organize the work so that the key city enterprise Spetsdorremstroy became not a burden, but working hands.

"Need something done? Take a shovel and go clean. After a detour like this, you have to say: here they are the points that need to be cleaned by next Saturday. It doesn't matter if there is a contract or not - they are responsible for it. Management companies and entrepreneurs should work by analogy. I ask you to organize it," he demanded.

In addition, Solodov suggested the mayor to check the problem areas once a week without warning.

Earlier, on January 26, Governor Solodov reported that Kamchatka Health Minister Alexander Gashkov was removed from his post because of the outbreak of hepatitis in the oncological dispensary.
