Tatyana Pozdnyakova, chief specialist of the Moscow Meteobureau, said that meteorological spring will come to Moscow several times.

In a conversation with "RIA Novosti" on January 26, the specialist noted that the final onset of spring is predicted not earlier than mid-March.

"We now have a state of meteorological spring, because the average temperature at the end of January will be steadily positive," Pozdnyakova specified.

According to her, the meteorological spring will come several times: in January, possibly in February, and finally - in mid-March, clarifies the site kp.ru. The first spring month, according to forecasts, promises to be with a positive anomaly, writes RIAMO.
