A site in Meshchansky district will be reorganized in Moscow under the program of complex development of territories (CDT). This was reported on January 25 by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for urban development policy.

Thus, redevelopment of the site with the area of 3,27 hectares is planned. Its reorganization will be undertaken by an investor, which will be determined by the results of the auction, RT writes. As a result, the city will get over 3.7 thousand jobs.

The site is located between Prospekt Mira and Vodoprovodniy pereulok. There will erect 170 thousand square meters of public and business real estate, specifies NSN. There will appear a hotel complex, offices, shopping centers, bank branches and cafes.

Within the boundaries of the project there is a vestibule of the metro station "Rizhskaya". It is planned to erect the second lobby of the station of the same name of the Great Ring Line, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".
