Kuzbass resident Andrei Pichugin shared with Izvestiya on January 26 details of an incident that happened to him in an ambulance. He said that there was a conflict in the vehicle.

In addition, "Izvestia" publishes footage of what happened.

According to the man, he called an ambulance at night on January 25 because of loss of consciousness. When the medics arrived, he went out to them and got into the car. Pichugin noted that the ambulance workers showed a negative attitude, which led to a conflict.

"Then they offered to call the police, I said: 'Let's call the police, so that everything, maybe they explained to them, maybe they explained to me, it makes no difference, take me anywhere,'" he said.

Pichugin specified that he decided to wait for law enforcers in the car, but he was pushed out of the car. As a result of the incident, according to the man, he was diagnosed with a dislocated shoulder.

Earlier in the day it was reported that the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Kemerovo region began an investigation after reports that the patient was pushed out of the ambulance. Based on its results, a proper legal assessment will be given and a procedural decision will be made.
