In Kemerovo region, an investigation has been launched after reports that a patient was pushed out of an ambulance. This was reported on January 26 in the investigative department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia's Investigative Committee (IC) for the region.
Earlier in social networks there were reports that the ambulance driver pushed a patient out of the cabin of the car.
"Organized an investigative inspection under part 1 of article 124 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to provide assistance to a patient without valid reasons by a person obliged to provide it in accordance with the law or with a special rule")", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the Department.
As indicated, based on the results of the inspection will be given a proper legal assessment and a procedural decision.
Earlier, January 22, it was reported that the court sentenced to seven years and six months in a strict regime colony patient of the Novosibirsk hospital, who attacked with a screwdriver on a medical worker. It is specified that the man was found guilty under part 3 of article 30, part. 1 article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder"), paragraph "c", part 2 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Theft").
According to the investigation and the court, in October 2023, a patient of the psychiatric department of a Novosibirsk hospital, who was being treated for alcohol addiction, attacked a medical worker when she refused to give him a phone. He strangled her and inflicted bodily injuries, but could not bring the case to murder, as the woman resisted and was helped in time.
