The Crimean Bridge has temporarily introduced a continuous passport control system

A continuous passport control has been introduced on the Crimean bridge in the direction of the peninsula. This was reported on January 25 by Deputy Minister of transport of the Republic Alexander Ovdienko.
"A continuous passport control was introduced on the Crimean bridge towards Crimea - special services are conducting anti-terrorist measures," he wrote in Telegram-channel.
The basis for the introduction of control was the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the increased level of response in the Crimea and Krasnodar region, as well as the order of the head of the Krasnodar region Veniamin Kondratiev on the indefinite introduction of the "yellow" level of terrorist threat in the region, added "Gazeta.Ru".
The deputy minister urged citizens to prepare original documents for faster hand searches. Passport can also be shown through "Gosuservices".
Earlier, on January 4, traffic on the Crimean bridge was blocked for one hour, in connection with which a traffic collapse was formed in the area: more than 1 thousand cars were waiting to pass through the inspection points.
