Russian female mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Victoria Dudakova, who hit her coach Hasanali Hasanaliev after losing at the Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC) tournament, was fired from the promotion. UFC Roster Watch reported on Jan. 25.
"Removed fighter: Viktoria Dudakova," - stated in a publication on the social network X (former Twitter).
In addition to Dudakova, Russian Magomed Gadzhiyasulov and Ukrainian Igor Loss left the organization.
It is specified that at the tournament UFC Vegas 101 on the night of January 12 Dudakova defeated by technical knockout in a fight with American Fatima Kline. The coach tried to hug the athlete, but she hit him in the face. The reasons for the action are unknown. In the future, the girl apologized to him.
Earlier, on March 11, 2024, the head coach of the soccer club "Lecce" Roberto D'Aversa was fired for hitting an opponent. A day earlier, the club condemned the coach's action, calling it contrary to the principles and values of sport.
