Mostly with problems faced users from Moscow (23%). In addition, malfunctions were noticed in the Novosibirsk region (8%), the Chelyabinsk region (7%), St. Petersburg (7%) and a number of other regions of the Russian Federation.

For example, users of the game service Steam, messengers Telegram and WhatsApp (part of Meta, an organization recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation) and EIS "Procurement" faced malfunctions.
