More than 20 people in the Hermencik district in western Turkey were injured in an accident with a bus that was traveling to a festival in the city of Izmir. This was reported by the newspaper Cumhuriyet on January 25.

Preliminarily, 23 people were injured, they were taken to the nearest hospitals. Ambulance crews and police officers are working at the scene.
