Sergunina spoke about plans to support Moscow's exports in 2025

Capital exporters with the support of Moscow will meet with potential partners from 23 friendly countries in 2025, including China, India, Mexico, Chile, Ethiopia and Belarus. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of the capital Natalia Sergunina.

"Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to take part in 14 international exhibitions and 16 foreign business missions. In addition, six reverse business missions - business visits of foreign delegations to Moscow - are planned. The capital brands will hold presentations of their goods and services for them", - she told.

The city will take upon itself the rent and construction of sites, organization of negotiations, expenses for interpreter's services and other expenses.

The program is aimed at companies working in the sphere of high technologies, fashion, cinema and animation, construction, manufacturers of equipment, electronics, cosmetics, children's goods and foodstuffs. Representatives of the business community themselves chose which states they would like to travel to and which events to attend.

The 2025 calendar of events will be opened by a trip of the capital's IT and high-tech businesses to Saudi Arabia in February. The Gulfood food exhibition in the United Arab Emirates will take place in the same month. City companies will present their goods under the unified Made in Moscow brand.

For the first time the collective stand of the Russian capital will open at ITEX in Malaysia (dedicated to innovations), Africa Health ExCon in Egypt (medicine and pharmaceuticals), India Trade Fair in India (cross-sectoral event) and China International Beauty Expo in China (beauty industry).

In total, more than 4 thousand metropolitan companies have participated in international events and business missions during the existence of the program. In 2024, the volume of export contracts concluded with the support of the city exceeded 26 billion rubles. Compared to 2023, the indicator increased by 37%.
