A ban on swimming in unequipped places will be introduced in Murmansk

Murmansk plans to introduce a ban on swimming in unequipped places and a number of other initiatives. This follows from the draft decision of the City Council of Deputies, which is already under discussion, reports IA "Beeport" on Friday, January 24.
Thus, the deputies are going to amend the decision "On the rules of use of public water bodies located in the territory of the municipal formation of the city of Murmansk, for personal and domestic needs".
The document states that when using public water bodies it is prohibited to swim in places where restrictive signs are installed. The authorities want to add to the list the wording "to swim in unequipped places".
The deputies also plan to establish obligations for citizens: to use water bodies rationally, to maintain their sanitary condition, not to litter with garbage, not to damage soil and plants on the banks, etc.
