Near the Vityazevo pier, divers collected 1 thousand kg of petroleum products from the bottom of the Black Sea after the wreck of the tankers Volgoneft-212 and Volgoneft-239. This was reported on January 24 in the press service of the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory.

"Divers have collected 1,000 kg of fuel oil from the bottom of the Black Sea near the Vityazevo pier," the Telegram channel of the regional operations center says.

It is also indicated that work on the territory under the pier is carried out daily to eliminate the consequences.

In addition, Alexander Subochev, head of the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory, said that divers are additionally monitoring the underwater space during the collection of fuel oil.
