Auto experts have listed new concept cars that will become production cars
Concept cars, such as the Jaguar Type 00 fastback, two electric cars from the new Honda Zero range and the Audi E hatchback developed especially for China, presented by the global automobile industry in recent months, will go into mass production in one form or another. This was reported by Motor.ru experts on January 24.
Thus, the electric concept car Jaguar Type 00 will turn into the first model of the British brand after its reboot, its debut is scheduled for the end of 2025.
Honda's prototypes, the 0 SUV crossover and the 0 Saloon four-door, were unveiled at the CES consumer electronics show in Las Vegas. Both will be part of the new Honda Zero lineup and will be assembled at the EV Hub plant in Ohio. Also on the assembly line of this enterprise will stand Afeela 1 liftback (the first model of the joint venture Sony Honda Mobility) and crossover Acura RDX.
Finally, the Audi E hatchback - an exclusive model for China, developed by the Germans together with the Chinese concern SAIC - will be transformed into a production model. It is noted that it will not have the usual Audi logo of four rings.
On the eve it was reported that in December 2024 Moskvich automobile plant for the first time became the leader in sales of new electric cars in Russia. "Moskvich 3e" is the only electric model of the capital car plant. In December last year, the circulation of the model amounted to 447 units. It is equipped with a 193-horsepower powertrain, the range on a single charge is 410 km on the WLTP cycle.
