In 2024, the average price of a new motorcycle in Russia amounted to 210 thousand rubles, and the most popular model was a pitbike Ataki Prime 125. This was told to "Izvestia" on January 25 by the experts of "Avito Auto".
According to analysts, last year the number of ads for the sale of new motorcycles year-on-year increased by 2.5 times, and interest - by 55.1%. The total number of bike ads on the platform increased almost one and a half times, by 46.6%.
In the segment of new motorcycles, the most sought-after brand was Kayo: this Chinese brand is more than twice ahead of the competition, it accounted for 17.9% of the total interest. The top five leading brands were Motoland, Regulmoto, Progasi and Ataki.
The most popular model was the Ataki Prime 125 pitbike, the second and third places went to Kayo models - Basic TT125 and K1 250 MX. Next in the rating are models of Progasi manufacturer - Super Max 250 and Super Max 300. Another pitbike - Kayo Basic TT140 - became the leader in terms of popularity dynamics: the interest to it increased 6.6 times compared to 2023.
As for the share in the supply, among new motorcycles the most ads were for Kayo K1 250 MX (0.3%). The leader in terms of supply dynamics in this segment was Kayo Basic TT140.
January 23, it was reported that in Russia at the end of 2024, the most popular motorcycle with mileage became IZH Planeta-5. The number of ads for the sale of motorcycles with mileage year-on-year increased by 30.4%, and interest in them - by 12.8%. The average price of a bike with mileage in 2024 amounted to Br183 thousand.
