SMEs will be presented with opportunities to attract investment and prepare for IPOs

Small and medium-sized businesses will be told about opportunities to attract investment and prepare for IPO. The presentation of the corresponding accelerator program developed by Bank DOM.RF in cooperation with MIRA (Moscow IR Accelerator) will take place on February 4.

"We see a high interest in the program from small and medium-sized businesses - almost 100 companies have already registered to participate in the event. These are companies from different spheres: construction, trade, microelectronics, advertising," said Anna Kornelyuk, Vice President, Director of the Transaction Business Unit of DOM.RF Bank.

According to her, business owners are actively studying the possibilities of alternative sources of financing for the development of their business and want to use the new program to conduct an initial issue of shares and test investor demand.

The program to attract strategic investors, funds, pre-IPO and IPO is designed for entrepreneurs with an annual turnover of 250 million rubles or more, interested in attracting investments up to 3 billion rubles without a credit burden.

Gas pedal participants will be able to choose a suitable investment tool, understand how private investors, funds and platforms work, form a strategy for raising funds for 3-5 years, outline the indicators to be reached by the end of the program.

Registration for participation in the project will last until February 3, the number of places is limited.

Speakers at the event, where the presentation of the program will take place, will be Anton Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bank DOM.RF, Vladimir Ovcharov, Director of the stock market of the Moscow Exchange, Anton Utechin, founder of Russia's leading platform for pre-IPO, Nikita Abramenko, ex-CEO and founder of the crowdfunding platform "Potok". Entrepreneurs who have already brought their companies to pre-IPO and IPO will also share their expertise.
