There were massive disruptions in the work of Runet

On Friday, January 24, the Runet experienced massive failures, with many users complaining about problems loading websites.

According to Downdetector, problems are observed in the work of Steam, Telegram, WhatsApp (owned by Meta, the activities of which are banned in Russia), as well as in the UIS "Procurement".

Internet does not work in such cellular operators as Beeline, MTS and Tele2.

Earlier, on January 14, a large-scale failure occurred in the work of Google, Liveinternet, "Wikipedia" and Russian Railways. In addition, the monitoring services "Failure.rf" and Downdetector did not load. Rostelecom said that the problems with access to Internet sites in Russia are not related to the company's network.
