A man who came to a kindergarten with a knife and started a scandal demanding to give him children was detained on Sakhalin. This was reported by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on January 24.
"It was reported that in one of the local kindergartens inadequate man threatens employees to commit suicide for refusal to give him the children", - reported the press service in the Telegram-channel of the Department.
It is specified that by the time of arrival of criminal investigation officers, the man managed to leave the institution.
The offender turned out to be a 36-year-old local resident, who had previously repeatedly come to the attention of law enforcement agencies.
The man was detained in the courtyard of the house on Komsomolskaya Street, he tried to resist the guards of order.
"The police seized a knife, which the offender hid in the sleeve of his jacket", - informed in the Department.
At the moment the man is kept in a special premises for detained persons (SPZL) for violation under Article 19.3 of the CAO RF ("Disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer").
Earlier, on January 16, a student of Barnaul school with a knife threatened children with physical violence. According to a local resident, the minor threatened children with physical violence, including demonstrating a knife. Investigators are conducting a check under Article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Threat of murder").
