A free distance learning course for entrepreneurs "Your Business: Start Now" has been launched in Moscow. According to Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of the capital, participants of the project will be able to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for launching a new product or service on the market.

Registration is open on the portal "Small business of Moscow". According to Sergunina, "the course will be part of a comprehensive system of distance learning for entrepreneurs." "It will be useful for both beginners and those who want to master a new market niche. For two months the listeners will pass all key stages of opening their business - from business idea to work with clients", - noted the deputy mayor.

The training course consists of seven modules. Project participants will be able to use workbooks, take tests, and perform a number of practical tasks. During the training they will have to determine the target audience of the product, prepare a financial model, understand the legal aspects, make a marketing plan and learn the basics of sales. The final stage will be to launch a trial version of the product and bring it to the market in test mode.

About 40 heads of Moscow companies and university professors acted as experts in the project. According to Vladimir Stolyarenko, Rector of the Moscow Business Academy, the training modules "consistently cover all important aspects: from the basics of entrepreneurship to the creation and development of business ideas". In turn, Maria Borodina, Rector of the Moscow Institute of Technology and Management, pointed out that "practical tasks in each module increase engagement and help to consolidate the knowledge gained".
