The main advantage of apartments on high floors is the panoramic view of the city. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the scenery and dynamics of city life right from your home. For many buyers, such views become an important part of everyday life, creating a unique atmosphere of coziness and inspiration. This is reported in a study by the development company Marmax, which was reviewed by Izvestia on January 24.

According to the study, a high floor implies the absence of neighbors from above, which excludes extraneous noise from the sound of footsteps or repairs. Fewer contacts with other residents of the complex additionally reduces the likelihood of unforeseen situations and preserves the atmosphere of calm.

In addition, apartments located on the upper floors of the complex are less likely to be exposed to risks such as theft. They are less attractive to intruders because of the difficulty of access and the inability to quickly assess the financial value of the object. In addition, the high storey provides residents' privacy, as pedestrians from the street also cannot look through the windows.

Experts of the study noted that real estate on the upper floors is traditionally considered more prestigious. Such apartments often have exclusive options for increased comfort, such as individual layout, private lounge areas or spacious terraces.

The cost of apartments on the upper floors is usually higher due to the complexity of construction and additional technical requirements. However, such real estate remains highly liquid and remains in demand on the market. Thus, real estate on the upper floors combines functional advantages that make its choice justified both in terms of quality of life and investment attractiveness.

Earlier, on January 9, "Izvestia" got acquainted with the study of the company "Airplane" where it was reported about the mandatory amenities of Russians when buying an apartment. According to experts, in the new year Muscovites want to buy apartments with walk-in closets (23%), built-in pantries (15%), additional outlets on the balcony (13%), a second bathroom (12%), a master bedroom (9%) and a niche for a washing machine (8%).
