Two people were killed in a road accident in the Moscow region. This was reported in the press service of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region on Thursday, January 23.

"According to preliminary information, today at about 15:00 on the 40th km of highway M9 "Baltia" 18-year-old driver, who did not have the right to drive a vehicle, being at the wheel of the car VAZ, made a collision with the car Opel", - said in the department to the agency of city news "Moscow".

The car from the impact flipped over and caught fire, and the fire spread to the second car.

As a result of the accident, the driver and a 16-year-old passenger of the VAZ died, reports NSN. The police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.

January 23 accident with a school bus and a car occurred on the road Volgograd - Kotelnikovo - Salsk. It was specified that a child was killed in the accident, reports 360.ru.

As noted in the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the victims are hospitalized, they are provided with all the necessary assistance and conducted examinations. After the accident with a school bus in the Volgograd region, a criminal case was opened, RT reports.
