Another 8 million rubles have been allocated to clear Murmansk of snow debris

The Murmansk authorities have allocated an additional 8 million rubles for snow removal from the city roads. The funds were taken from the reserve fund of the administration. The corresponding decree was signed by Mayor Yuri Serdechkin.

The money is directed to MMBU "Management of road economy". The enterprise is obliged by its own forces or with attraction of contractors to carry out urgent works on cleaning and clearing of sites of roads and inter-block passages from snow debris. Snow must be removed to eliminate the threat of emergency.

As IA "Beeport" specifies , since January 14 in Murmansk for the management bodies and forces of the unified state system of prevention and elimination of emergencies is on high alert. Since January 16, it has been in effect throughout the region.
