Russian Armed Forces destroy Ukrainian T-64 tank in DNR with a series of FPV drone strikes

On January 23, the Russian Defense Ministry published footage of objective control of the destruction of a T-64 tank of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) by FPV drone calculations of the "West" group of troops in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR).

It is specified that the object was identified with the help of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in one of the settlements of the region.

"The scouts made a stealthy march from the rear area to the front line to fulfill the combat task," - stated in the message of the Department.

As a result of the actions of the grouping of troops "West" military equipment of the AFU was liquidated.

On the same day, the Russian military hit the AFU communication station with the calculation of FPV-drone center "Rubicon" in the area of the special operation in the Pokrovsky direction.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
