The most budget-friendly in the kit is zinc (249 rubles). This is stated in the study "SBER EAPTECA" and "Cooper", which was read by "Izvestia" on January 23.
According to the study, vitamin complexes in the first half of January were bought 5% more often than in the same period in December 2024. Sales grew fastest in Nizhnevartovsk (+70%), Krasnoyarsk (+58%), Astrakhan (+55%), Pyatigorsk (+51%), Saransk (+49%) and Surgut (+47%). "Most often in the cold season and especially in the second half of winter, buyers are looking for multivitamin complexes, and from mono-vitamins - D, ascorbic acid, zinc and omega-3. Among the forms of preparations are more preferable effervescent - they are more quickly absorbed and begin to act, and for people with GI disorders recommended film-coated tablets," - said the pharmacist and head of pharmacy "SBER EAPTECA" Dmitry Gurov.
According to experts, the average cost of such a set is 2515 rubles. The most expensive component, omega-3, will cost Russians 1050 rubles. Vitamin D can be purchased for 336 rubles, and vitamin C - for 280 rubles. The average cost of magnesium is 600 rubles, and zinc - 249 rubles.
"In order to get rid of edema and improve the general condition of the body, it is recommended to reduce salt intake and increase physical activity, for example, through walks in the fresh air. It is also worth getting into the habit of contrast showers, which improves blood circulation. In addition, the use of lymphatic drainage massagers, such as brushes with stiff bristles, massage rollers or guasha, will significantly help. Before using them should consult with a doctor," - said the therapist of the Scandinavian Health Center Olga Chistik.
Experts noted that the final cost of the basket to raise immunity will amount to 4154 rubles.
Last year, on December 3, Karina Avramova, endocrinologist-dietologist, specialist in preventive and anti-aging medicine, told Izvestia about what supplements help to cope with fatigue and maintain a high level of energy in winter.
