The key trends in the development of process analytics in Russia are named

Experts have identified key trends in the development of process analytics (PA) in Russia. At the Sber Process Mining conference, they identified five key trends that will affect the Russian market in the context of sharply accelerated import substitution and the development of domestic solutions, Sber's press service said.

The first trend is the transition to real-time analytics. Unlike traditional analytics, it works with data received in the present, which allows analyzing processes almost without delay.

The second important trend is the development and customization of low-code PM. With the help of technology, PM solutions can be customized and processes analyzed by employees without programming skills, which is valuable in the context of staff shortages.

Another feature highlighted by experts is the increased focus on data privacy and ethics. As the use of process analytics grows, additional rules and standards will be developed to ensure responsible interaction with collected data.

Another significant trend is the integration of RM with related areas of analytical tools. The application of AI/ML/NLP, Task Mining, Product Mining, RPA, BPM, Data Mining complements and improves the results of process analytics by increasing the speed and quality of data processing.

Finally, the latest trend is to expand current and explore new areas of RM implementation. Since complex multi-level processes are present in almost every industry, Process Mining will be adopted everywhere.

According to him, more than 40 companies in Russia and the CIS are already using Sber's PM platform, and the market volume and quality of Russian solutions are growing rapidly.
