The objects will be built in nine districts in six administrative districts of the capital, notes "Moscow 24".

Among the projects is the reorganization of the former industrial zone Kuntsevo with the area of 15.89 hectares. According to the head of the capital's Department of City Property Maxim Gaman, by 2032 the developer will erect a modern residential neighborhood with all infrastructure, corresponding to the concept of "15-minute city", where on one territory will equip everything for comfortable life, work and leisure, RT writes.

The press-service added that the area of new housing will exceed 596 thousand square meters, more than 13 thousand square meters will be occupied by public and business objects. Walking areas and bicycle paths, sports and children's playgrounds will be arranged there, the territory will be landscaped, NSN specifies.

On the same day Efimov said that the sites of the former industrial zone "Kuryanovo" will be reorganized under the KRT program. Under the project on the sites will be erected communal bases for the placement of municipal enterprises, as well as an asphalt and concrete plant, writes RIAMO.
