Dream Island will celebrate the Chinese New Year.

On January 28, the popular festival "Chinese New Year in Moscow" will open in the capital for the second time.

For the first time, the Dream Island cultural and entertainment cluster will become one of the official venues of the festival - together with Manezh Square, VDNKh, the Moscow Zoo and other popular locations.

During the week the park will be decorated in the traditional Chinese style, a number of events will be held for guests, where they will be able to learn more about the culture and history of the Celestial Empire and get acquainted with the bright traditions of the friendly country.

The guests will enjoy a unique performance "Fire Dragon Parade", dance and interactive show "Royal Serpent", stilt walkers' performances, Chinese drum show, master classes on creation of traditional Chinese lanterns and calligraphy and many others.

The grand opening of the festival "Chinese New Year in Moscow" in "Dream Island" will take place on February 1 at 14:00.

Festive events will be held in the space of the city promenade and on the square "Moscow" on February 1, 2, 8 and 9. More detailed information - on the park's website.

China is one of the promising destinations for the development of foreign tourism, a leader among non-CIS countries in terms of the number of travelers visiting Moscow. Last year's celebration of the Chinese New Year in Moscow was attended by more than 700 thousand people. Over 300 events of the festival were held in key tourist areas of the capital.
