Over the past year, the DIF financed 283 new projects of industrial enterprises
The Industrial Development Fund (IDF) has started financing 283 new projects of industrial enterprises in 2024. This was reported in the press service of the fund on January 23 with reference to the results of the past year, which were summarized by the supervisory board of the IDF.
It was specified that the total amount of preferential funds allocated in 2024 amounted to 104 billion rubles.
"In total, the Industrial Development Fund has already financed about 1850 projects of industrial enterprises for a total amount of about 620 billion rubles. At the same time, more than 830 projects have already fully closed their obligations to the fund, and the total amount of returned funds for financing new projects exceeded 220 billion rubles," said Anton Alikhanov, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and head of the supervisory board of the Industrial Development Fund.
According to him, the clients of the DIF have already launched more than 930 new production facilities and significantly increased production output. Over the entire period of the fund's operation, 1330 enterprises have joined its preferential programs. It was reported that in 2024, machine-building companies, companies in the field of metallurgy and metalworking, as well as enterprises of the chemical industry also took advantage of the FRP benefits.
The Development Projects program proved to be the most popular last year, with 127 projects financed under it.
The fund also implements the Cluster Investment Platform (CIP), within the framework of which it examines projects that involve attracting investments.
On December 25 last year, Maxim Chirkov, associate professor at the Department of Economic Policy and Economic Measurements of GUU, told Izvestia that the growth of Russia's economy is largely due to the strengthening of the manufacturing industry. Russian enterprises are becoming more and more competitive relative to European representatives, he noted.
During the "Results of the Year" December 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the growth of gross domestic product in 2024 will be 3.9-4%. The head of state called the economy the basis of stability and defense capability of the Russian Federation. He added that Russia is developing despite external threats.
On December 13, RT-Tekhpriyemka company of Rostec State Corporation developed a "smart" device that will diagnose industrial equipment. The intelligent automated prognostic complex of equipment will significantly increase the operational life of equipment, as well as help to save maintenance costs, Rostec noted.
