The FSB detained a resident of the Eastern Administrative District who planned to set fire to the facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

FSB officers detained a resident of the Jewish Autonomous Region (EAO), who was preparing to set fire to the Ministry of Internal Affairs facilities on the instructions of a terrorist organization. This was reported on January 23 in the press service of the territorial administration of the FSB.

As specified, a resident of Birobidzhan was detained. It was established that the man contacted a representative of the terrorist organization Legion of Freedom of Russia via messenger (recognized as a terrorist organization and banned in the territory of the Russian Federation).

"As a result of urgent investigative actions, the means of communication used to contact the curator from the terrorist structure, as well as Molotov cocktails prepared for use, stored in an equipped cache, were seized from the detainee," the agency said in a statement.https://tass.ru /" target="_blank">TASS.
