Israel has no information about the condition of Maxim Harkin, who was taken hostage by Hamas fighters. This was reported to Izvestia by Dmitry Gendelman, adviser to the Israeli prime minister.

According to him, the Palestinian movement has still not handed over to mediators the names of the hostages who are to be released in subsequent stages of the deal.

"We don't know who exactly will be released in the subsequent stages and what condition these hostages are in," Dmitry Gendelman told Izvestia.

Earlier, the Israeli government published a list of 33 people who will be released in the first stage of the deal. Among the names is Russian citizen Alexander Trufanov. On January 20, Russian President Vladimir Putin asked the Foreign Ministry to do everything for his release.
