"Avtomobilist" defeated "Avangard" and won the seventh consecutive game in the KHL

Yekaterinburg team Avtomobilist defeated Avangard Omsk and extended their winning streak in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) regular season to seven games. The match took place on January 22 in Yekaterinburg.

The meeting ended with a score of 2:1 (1:1, 0:0, 1:0). Maxim Denezhkin and Brooks Macek distinguished themselves in the winners' lineup. After this victory, Avtomobilist hockey players with 62 points moved up to 3rd place in the Eastern Conference.

"Avangard" is on the 6th line with 51 points.
