Court extends arrest of three more defendants in Dolina apartment fraud case
Tagansky court of Moscow has extended the measure of restraint for three more defendants in the case of fraud against People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina. This is reported on January 22 in Telegram-channel of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.
"The decision of the Tagansky district court of Moscow satisfied the petition of the investigator to extend the period of detention in respect of the accused: Angela Nikolayevna Tsyrulnikova, Dmitry Mikhailovich Leontiev, Dmitry Mikhailovich Leontiev, Andrey Dmitrievich Osnov," - stated in the statement.
It is specified that the defendants in the case extended the arrest for another two months.
January 21, the capital court extended the measure of restraint Arthur Kamenetsky, who is also on trial for fraud against Dolina. He will stay in custody for two more months and seven days.
On August 13 last year, Dolina said that she became a victim of fraudsters. Attackers persuaded her to sell an apartment in the center of Moscow, and transfer the money received to a supposedly safe account. A criminal case was opened and the real estate was seized.
