According to the expert, first of all, the employee must make a written claim, in which he indicates the amount of the debt, the terms of delay in payment and attaches copies of the employment contract and payslips. The claim should be prepared in two copies: one to give to the employer, and the other to keep with a note of receipt, reports 360.ru.
Earlier, on January 20, "Izvestia" wrote that the increase in salaries by more than 20% is noted in the following industries: logistics (in 36% of companies that have announced an increase in salaries), IT (18%), construction (15%), production of chemical raw materials (11%), automotive business (10%) and medicine and pharmaceuticals (2%).
Almost half of the companies that raised salaries (45%) say they did so by increasing the salary component, 13% attribute it to increased bonuses, and 41% say it was due to an increase in both components. The top three most frequently cited reasons for increased income are indexation of salaries for all employees (67%) or certain categories of employees (28%) and changes in the motivation package (24%).
In half of the cases (50%), salary reductions ranged from 11 to 20%. Salaries were reduced by 5-10% in 19% of companies, by more than 20% - in 13%, and 19% did not name the exact figure.
