Kurgan region became the leader in prices for new buildings in the Urals


The Kurgan Region is the leader among all the subjects of the Urals Federal District in terms of the growth rate of prices for apartments in new buildings. The cost of housing under construction in this region has grown by 22% in 2024. The region is among the top 5 in the country by this indicator.
The data of the price index in the primary housing market, calculated by "DOM.RF", cites IA "Ura.ru". In the report of analysts of the center says that the rate of price growth for new buildings in the Kurgan region was 7.5 times higher than in the Chelyabinsk region. There they amounted to 2.9%.
In the Tyumen region and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug this indicator is 6.8 and 7% respectively, in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug - 12.1%. Almost as much as in the Kurgan region, the price of primary housing went up in the Sverdlovsk region (14.7%).
In Russia as a whole, apartments in houses under construction increased in price by 9.2% over the past year. New buildings went up in price in 69 out of 70 regions in which the study was conducted.
Earlier, on January 21, it was reported that the input of the volume of new buildings in Russia by the end of 2024 decreased to 56%. The negative trend was demonstrated by all million-strong cities with the exception of Kazan, Ufa and Chelyabinsk. The strongest reduction occurred in Krasnoyarsk - 56% and Samara - 48%. In Moscow it amounted to 40%, and in St. Petersburg - 37%.
