Polumordvinov's lawyer admitted perjury of two people in the case
Former head of the Astrakhan city administration Oleg Polumordvinov, accused of fraud with a contract for road repair, has filed an application to the prosecutor to conduct an inspection and initiate a criminal case of perjury in his case. "The entire criminal case is based on the testimony of two people who have their own personal interest to give false testimony," he said.
Earlier, on August 8, 2024, law enforcement officers detained Polumordvinov, his ex-deputy Ivan Saprykin, who headed the department of roads and transport, as well as the director of Aiticom LLC, Viktor Fedorov.
