In the Rostov region, air defense (air defense) means eliminated three Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), according to Yuri Slyusar, the governor's acting governor, on January 21.
"Since 21:30 air defense forces and means have been reflecting an enemy air attack in the Rostov region. At the moment, three UAVs have been shot down near Kamensk-Shakhtinsky," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
As noted by the regional head, the reflection of the attack continues. Slyusar emphasized, according to preliminary information, there are no casualties.
"The on-duty rescue services did not receive information about the destruction on the ground. The military continue their work," he stated.
Also on January 21, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked a moving car with a drone in Belgorod region, resulting in a man being injured.
In addition, on that day, a married couple was injured when a Ukrainian drone attacked a moving car in Belgorod Region.
The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
