Experts predicted the situation on the labor market in industry

In the coming years, the growth of wages in industry will overtake the growth of labor remuneration in other industries, suggested Sergey Kolesnikov, co-owner and managing partner of Technonikol. He told reporters about it on January 21.

According to him, it will be influenced by a very high demand for specialists, difficulties in settlements with imports, and stimulating measures of the Russian government.

"Good conditions for industrial enterprises will be created, so industrialists will have every reason to retain and compete for personnel," he specified.

At the same time, he expressed the opinion that currently the inequality of labor remuneration hinders in this respect, as some companies pay less taxes, which affects the wages of employees.

Kolesnikov also spoke about the scarce specialties. Among them are electronic engineer, who can work with electronics of industrial equipment, as well as chemist-technologist, who works with the production of construction chemistry and understands chemical processes.

Speaking of promising specialties, he named specialists in robotics and engineers of automated process control systems.

"The process of robotization, automation will continue, probably even at an increased pace. The only thing is that robots themselves do not know how to work. Robotization engineers, ACS engineers, electronic engineers who work with all this challenge will be paid very good money. Technological engineers in such rare industries as chemistry, as well as in narrow specialties will also be in high demand," the expert added.

In turn, CEO of "Tekhnonikol" Vladimir Markov also emphasized that specialties related to chemistry and biochemistry, pharmaceuticals will be promising.
