Trump is being sued over executive order making it easier to fire federal employees

The National Union of Treasury Employees has filed a lawsuit against U.S. President Donald Trump because of his executive order, which simplifies the process of firing high-ranking government employees. This was reported by Bloomberg on January 21.
It is specified that the National Union of Treasury Employees represents the interests of 37 federal agencies and departments.
"The president's executive order would radically restructure the civil service by dramatically increasing the number and type of employees who are at risk of being fired without the right to appeal," the publication stated.
According to the lawsuit, Trump's actions are "contrary" to lawmakers' intentions because the U.S. Congress has established a "due process right" for federal employees.
On the same day, it was reported that Trump signed an executive order that prohibits officials from adopting new regulations until his administration establishes "complete control" of the federal government. Until then, there is a ban on hiring government employees, with the exception of the military and some other categories.
In addition, the politician is going to deprive tens of thousands of people in the federal government of job security, which will allow the new administration to carry out massive layoffs and purges in the state apparatus.
