Presnensky court of Moscow has taken away two plots, three buildings, two Land Rover cars and other property from the head of the village of Vyalki Igor Vykhodtsev. This was reported on January 21 in the press service of the court "RIA Novosti".
"By the court's decision, two land plots, three buildings, shares in the right of ownership of three buildings, a share in the right of ownership of a land plot, premises and two Land Rover cars were turned to the state income," - told in the court.
It is specified that the head of the village used his powers for the purpose of personal income both his own and his relatives.
Earlier, on January 5, the court confiscated the property of the former Governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev, convicted of bribery. It was reported that the amount of Belozertsev's debts exceeds 8.4 billion rubles. It was noted that the confiscation proceedings were initiated at the end of November 2024.
