Criminal case opened after accident with passenger bus in Orekhovo-Zuyevo

A criminal case was initiated after a traffic accident with a passenger bus in Orekhovo-Zuyevo, Moscow Region. This was reported on January 21 in the press service of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Moscow region.

"The investigator of the Moscow Region Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the fact of rendering services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life and health of citizens (article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," - noted in the Telegram-channel of the department.

According to investigators, in Orekhovo-Zuyevsky city district on highway MBK - Antsiferovo - Davydovo the bus driver failed to manage and drove off into a ditch, after which five passengers required medical assistance.

Now the investigation establishes the causes of the incident.

On the same day it became known that in Orekhovo-Zuyevo a bus drove off into a ditch and crashed into a tree, as a result five people were injured.
