A unique platform about the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and the NWO was created in Krasnodar

A platform dedicated to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and the Special Military Operation (SMO) was created in Krasnodar. The platform features the video library of the Krasnodar TV and radio company for the last 10 years.

The channel worked on its creation together with the authorities of the regional capital. The platform will be launched on February 12, the Day of liberation of the city from fascist invaders.

According to Pavel Lavrentiev, Director of the City Department of Information Policy, quoted by KrasnodarMedia, this program will be useful to all residents of Krasnodar, including schoolchildren. The platform will be of great importance for families associated with historical victories.

The site will collect about 4 thousand photos of the project "Your heroes, Krasnodar". One of the sections, "Heirs of Victory", will be dedicated, among others, to all participants and heroes of the SVO.

The Agency reminds that in Krasnodar they are working on creation of the Book of Memory. It will be available on the site of the city administration and the City Council.

Earlier it was reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on holding the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland in 2025. According to the decree, to hold the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland in Russia is decided in order to preserve historical memory, to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WWII), as well as in gratitude to veterans and recognizing the feat of the participants of the Special Military Operation (SMO).
