The court in Birobidzhan satisfied the claim of the prosecutor's office filed against the management company, on the territory of which the boy slipped and broke his leg. The management company was obliged to pay in favor of the victim compensation for moral damage in the amount of 300 thousand rubles and almost 14 thousand rubles of material damage.

As EAOMedia IA writes, a local resident appealed to the supervisory authority, who asked to protect her minor son. He was injured after falling on a slippery road.

During the inspection it was found that the incident occurred on March 13, 2024 in the area of Yubileynaya Street. The boy was walking on the sidewalk near his home, slipped and was injured. In the hospital he was diagnosed with a closed fracture of the left leg with displacement of bone fragments.

The boy had to be treated in the hospital's trauma department for a long time. According to the prosecutor's office, he experienced physical and moral suffering due to his health problems.

It has been proved that the cause of the fall was ice on the road, and work on removing ice and snow was not carried out in full. The sidewalk was also not treated with anti-icing materials.

The prosecutor's office appealed to the court with a claim for recovery of moral harm and material damage in favor of the victim. The court upheld the claim of the supervisory agency.
