The BKL station in Nagatinsky Zaton now has landscaped spaces

Specialists have completed work on landscaping of territories near two stations of the Big Ring Line (BCL) in Nagatinsky Zaton in Moscow. This was reported on Monday, January 20, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital on urban policy and construction.

According to him, comfortable public spaces for passengers and local residents are an integral part of modern subway facilities. Thus, in the area for the opening of stations "Nagatinsky Zaton" and "Maple Boulevard" in 2023 carried out a comprehensive improvement. In total, more than 100 trees were planted near the stations in the course of additional landscaping works in 2024, writes aif.ru. This formed a new look of the pedestrian part of Kolomenskaya Street together with the earlier granite paving of paths and laying of lawns.

The head of the capital Department of construction of transport and engineering infrastructure Vasily Desyatkov said that the improvement near the station "Nagatinsky Zaton" will continue, specifies the site kp.ru. In particular, works on the Kolomenskaya embankment section are planned. Besides, it is planned to carry out modernization of a settling and turning area for ground urban passenger transport. It is noted that in the course of improvement of territories adjacent to the BKL stations "Maple Boulevard" and "Nagatinsky Zaton" in 2023, specialists have created convenient routes from residential development to the subway and comfortable pedestrian connection between these stations, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

In August, the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin said that the Troitskaya line of the Moscow subway will be one of the longest, the line is now under active work.
